Novidades nunca são demais, sobre o belíssimo trabalho em curso na habitação de Ílhavo.

Quando se trata os interiores com a óptica da arquitectura, há uma procura do fundamental, uma libertação das tentações de usar os adereços e a ornamentação para "entulhar" espaço... Ainda assim, há alguns extras, complementos que recomendo neste caso, nomeadamente, as floreiras escultóricas ao lado do movel de TV, as deliciosas almofadas bordadas da Designers Guild sobre o generoso sofá, as especiais taças e Jarras da Vista Alegre e da CSB sobre a mesa, uma bela e generosa paisagem contemporânea panorâmica sobre o aparador, a cobiçável Garrafeira com bons copos da Schott Zeitzel, o tratamento da frente da lareira (para já, despida e desprotegida) e o glamoroso candeeiro artesanal Clark (ver imagem abaixo) sobre a mesa de jantar....

Always good news, one likes to get. Continuing on te good news about this interior design project in beautifull city of Ilhavo, a sneak-peak follows....
When it'sall about interiorr deisgn in architecture point of view, there's a search for the essential,  letting go of the decorator's tempations to (ab) use ornament to stuff space... Yet, still, in this case, i consider there's some extras missing yet, to complete the environmemnt, the high modern flowerpots, the Vista Alegre and CSB ceramics, a nice contemporary canvas over the sideboards's wall, the bottlecabinet with nice Schott Zeitzel glasses, the fireplace front treatment and one of the most beautifull lamps i've ever encountered, the Clark,  over the dnning table.

... ainda assim, o fundamental está preparado para acolher com distinção, conforto e singularidade quem visita este jovem casal.

Destaque-se ocntraste de expressões e "corpos" dos materiais utilizados.
A aparente simplicidade da mesa, cujos pés na verdade incorporam uma génese monolítica, sólida, consolidada, poliédrica, calculada, medida e desenhada para ser uma escultura intemporal... Sobre estes "toros" engenhosamente simples, criados pela natureza industrial, assenta o tampo de vidro temperado, também ele de silhueta geometricamente orgânica.

Still, the fundamental is set to acommodate with distinction, comfort and singularity the visitors of this young couple of clients. The main features of this solution, goes to the expression of contrasting materials. The apparent smplicity of the table, who's feet actually embody a monolithic genesis, solid, consolidated, polyedric, calculated, measured and drawn to become a timeless sculpture (at least that's what I meant when designing it...) Over these engeneered "toros"  criated by artificial nature, goes the glass tempered top, also, silluette organically designed. All the furniture 100% portuguese production, by the way.

Também devo salientes detalhes fundamentais que distinguem os cadeirões azuis da zona de chill-out: os pés e apoios de braço em nogueira (de série não inclui este material) e ainda a colocação do tecido enviezado, que conferem uma textura e uma expressividade adicionais que transformam um simples cadeirão, numa escultura de sentar.
Relativamente às cadeiras de jantar, foram também criteriosamente seleccionadas e produzidas em processo semi-artesanal, usando também nogueira, e o tecido de estofo seleccionado pelos clientes.

Dos Móveis de TV e Aparador posso salientar, para além do design geométrico especial, a construção das peças por medida, o óptimo acabamento da lacagem, e as boas ferragens.
Also important to mention,  interesting details that distinguish the blue Maples on the clill-out area: feet and armrest in true Nuttree and the upholstery in diagonal textile,wich offers a texture and expressiveness that transfigurate the Maple, almost a minimal seating sculpture. About the dinning chairs, also detailed, also built with Nuttree, and the upholstery in textile selected by the custommers.
The TV stand and the Sideboard, may I add, besides their simple and cool geometrical design, have excelent cosnrtuction details, lacquered finish and good furniture fittings.

Podem ver o efeito fantástico que fica a estante ocupada com os livro da cliente.
Na imagem seguinte, a secretária assimétrica também ela desenhada e produzida em madeira de nogueira e um apoio em perfil de aço extrudido. Esta secretária possui gavetas e arrumação para ambos os lados.
Atrás desta, um móvel complementar com portas e gavetas, construído também com acabamento de Nogueira.
De notar a ausência de puxadores proeminentes e a colocação do desenho do veio da madeira contínuo, nas 4 portas.

Th bookcase is amazing, not only empty as a suspendend book sculpture, but also filled with the client's diverse material. You can also see the cool assimetric office table, produced in Nuttree with support in struded stainless steel, with drawers on both sides. notice the positioning of the wood along it. Behind it, a storage cabinet with 4 doors, concealed fittings for opening. Notice the detail of the full extension of the wood along the 4 doors: it's just one single band of wood building the doors...
